What if I've tried other programs and nothing has worked?

Short answer: you’re exactly who this is built for.

  • Give you real-time pattern interrupt tools you’ll actually use on a Tuesday afternoon when you’re spiralling or about to abandon yourself

  • Walk you through a full journey:

How much time will this actually take each week?

By the end of the 4 months, you’ll leave with things like:

  • A clear identity + vision you’re grounded in (who you are now and where you’re going)
