Coaching Agreement: The Awakening

This agreement outlines the expectations, commitments, and boundaries of The Awakening. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

1. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support your growth, breakthroughs, and transformation. You are 100% responsible for your well-being during and after all sessions - including your thoughts, choices, decisions, and actions.

Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or psychiatric care. If specialized support is required, referrals may be provided.

2. Scope of Coaching

The Awakening may explore multiple areas of your life - including mindset, relationships, health, money, business, purpose, spirituality, and emotional well-being.

It is your responsibility to determine how you apply the insights, tools, and strategies shared in this container.

3. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is confidential. Your coach will not disclose your information unless:

• You provide written permission, or

• Disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

4. Session Attendance

The Awakening is a 90-day program including live sessions and group coaching.

By enrolling, you agree to show up fully and on time. This work requires your presence. If you miss a session:

• You may be invited to join a future round from Day 1

• No replays or “catch-ups” will be provided for missed live sessions

• This honours the energetic and transformational arc of the program

Your full commitment is part of the Awakening.

5. Technology & Recording

Sessions are hosted on Zoom (or another secure online platform).

• 3 day immersive experience will not be recorded. All coaching sessions will be recorded and distributed to your container only.

• Any recordings shared (if applicable) remain for your personal use only.

6. Payments & Currency

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been arranged.

• Pricing is listed in CAD by default.

7. Refund Policy & Program Cancellation

If you attend the first two live days and feel the program is not a fit, you may request a full refund if:

• You attend both Days 1, and up to 12:00pm eastern time of day 2 live

• You email a written request within 24 hours of the end of Day 2

After 12:00pm on Day 2, refunds will not be issued.

No refunds will be granted for:

• Missed sessions

• Partial attendance

• Non-participation

• Disruptive or abusive behaviour that violates the integrity of this space

If you miss a required session, you may be offered the option to restart in a future round beginning from Day 1.

8. Legal Acknowledgement

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

This digital agreement is binding and enforceable.

9. Personal Responsibility & Results

Your results are your responsibility.

This program provides tools, insights, and energetic support - but your transformation depends on how you show up, engage, and integrate the work.

This is not a “done-for-you” process. It is an invitation to rise.

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. The more you commit, the deeper the transformation.
