When you join my list or request the Vision Contract, I receive your email address. When you contact me, I receive what you send me. When you enrol in a program, I receive the details needed to deliver it.

No payment card details ever reach me — payments are handled entirely by third-party payment providers.

Your email is used to deliver what you asked for — the workbook, letters, prompts and first access to programs. You can unsubscribe at any time, and every email includes a way to do it.

Trusted services process data on my behalf: my email platform (MailerLite) delivers emails, my website platform hosts the site, and payment providers process enrolments. They may store data outside Canada. They only receive what they need to do their job.

This site uses only the cookies needed to keep the site working and, where you consent, to understand how it is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email me at eileen@eileenmacdonell.com and I will take care of it. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Your information is stored with reputable providers using industry-standard security. I keep it only as long as it serves our work together, or as the law requires.
