Terms & Conditions

Eileen MacDonell provides transformational coaching, group programs, retreats, digital products and written works. Program details, schedules and pricing are described on each program's page and confirmed at the time you enrol.

Coaching supports your growth. It is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, legal advice or financial advice. It does not replace care from a licensed professional. If you are navigating a mental-health, medical, legal or financial matter, please work with a qualified provider alongside any coaching.

Every client's journey is their own. The stories and figures shared on this site reflect specific individuals' experiences. They are real, and they are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Your outcomes depend on your participation, your circumstances and your choices.

Prices are shown on each program page and confirmed at checkout. Payment plans, where offered, are honoured as agreed at enrolment. Enrolment terms specific to a program are provided to you before payment.

When a program includes a community, you agree to treat its members with respect and confidentiality. Eileen MacDonell may remove anyone whose conduct harms other members, without refund of the remaining period.

All materials in this site and its programs — writing, recordings, frameworks and workbooks, including the Vision Contract — belong to Eileen MacDonell. You may use them for your own growth. You may not copy, resell, teach or distribute them.

Testimonials on this site are shared with permission and reflect real clients' words. They show what is possible. They are not typical results, and they are not a guarantee.
